1. Event Information

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to tickets purchased for Dandiya Night Jalsa 2026, organized by Studio 6 Fitness with event management by Magic Moments.

2. Customer Cancellation

Tickets are Non-Refundable

Once a ticket has been successfully purchased, the customer cannot cancel the booking or request a refund.

This applies to tickets purchased online as well as tickets purchased through other authorized booking channels.

Change of plans, inability to attend the event, personal circumstances or failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.

3. No Cancellation After Successful Payment

Once payment has been successfully completed and the ticket booking has been confirmed, the booking is considered final.

Customers should carefully verify the ticket category, quantity and applicable price before completing payment.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

Refund in Case of Event Cancellation

If Dandiya Night Jalsa 2026 is cancelled by Studio 6 Fitness, eligible ticket holders will be informed about the refund process.

Where a refund is applicable, the ticket amount paid for the cancelled event will be refunded through the applicable payment channel used for the original transaction, subject to the processing procedures of the relevant payment gateway.

5. Event Postponement or Change

If the event date, venue or other significant event details are changed or the event is postponed, Studio 6 Fitness will communicate the applicable arrangements to ticket holders.

Any refund or ticket-related arrangements applicable to a postponed or substantially changed event will be communicated by Studio 6 Fitness based on the circumstances of the event.

6. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If money has been debited from a customer's bank account but the ticket booking was not successfully confirmed, the customer should contact Studio 6 Fitness with the relevant transaction details.

Such cases will be checked against the payment gateway and booking records.

Where the payment gateway confirms that the transaction was unsuccessful and the amount is eligible for reversal, the applicable reversal or refund will be handled according to the payment gateway's procedures.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a customer believes that the same ticket transaction has been charged more than once, the customer should contact Studio 6 Fitness and provide the relevant transaction references.

Duplicate payment cases will be verified against the booking and payment records before any applicable reversal or refund is processed.

8. Ticket Transfer

Tickets purchased for Dandiya Night Jalsa 2026 are non-transferable.

Customers cannot transfer, resell or exchange their ticket for another person.

9. Event-Day Purchases

Tickets purchased on the event day or at the venue are also non-refundable once purchased.

The event-day ticket price is:
