3. Online Ticket Booking

Tickets may be purchased online through the official booking facility provided by Studio 6 Fitness.

Online payments may be processed through supported payment gateways, including Razorpay or Cashfree.

Available payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking, subject to the payment options supported by the selected payment gateway.

4. Successful Booking

A ticket booking is considered confirmed only after the payment transaction has been successfully completed and recorded by the applicable payment or booking system.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference until the event.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets may be delivered through WhatsApp and/or provided as physical tickets, depending on the applicable ticket distribution process.

Customers must provide a valid mobile number or WhatsApp number when requested during booking.

7. Children Below 5 Years

Children below 5 years may attend the event free of charge.

Children aged 5 years and above require a valid ticket at the applicable ticket rate.

Children attending the event must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

8. Event-Day Tickets

Subject to availability, tickets may be available for purchase at the venue on the event day.

The event-day ticket price is:

₹599 per ticket

Event-day ticket availability may be limited and is not guaranteed.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Customers cannot cancel their ticket booking because of a change of plans, inability to attend or other personal circumstances.

If Studio 6 Fitness cancels Dandiya Night Jalsa 2026, eligible ticket holders will be informed about the applicable refund process.

10. Event Entry

Entry to the event requires a valid ticket, except for children below 5 years who qualify for free entry.

Tickets may be checked or verified at the venue before entry.

Customers should keep their ticket available for inspection when requested by authorized event personnel.

11. Event Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and follow reasonable instructions issued by Studio 6 Fitness, Magic Moments, venue management and event staff.

The organizers may take appropriate action, including refusing entry or asking an attendee to leave the venue, where necessary because of disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

12. Event Changes

Studio 6 Fitness and Magic Moments may make reasonable operational changes to the event, including changes to schedules, activities, facilities or other arrangements.

Significant changes affecting ticket holders will be communicated through available communication channels.

13. Payment Issues

If a customer experiences a payment issue, including a situation where the customer's account has been debited but the ticket has not been confirmed, the customer should contact Studio 6 Fitness with the transaction details.

Payment issues will be checked against the applicable payment gateway and booking records.

By purchasing or using a ticket for Dandiya Night Jalsa 2026, the attendee acknowledges that they have read and accepted the applicable event, ticket, privacy and cancellation policies published by Studio 6 Fitness.
